Dairy foods can be high in saturated fat. This can increase your weight. It can also cause your cholesterol levels to rise.
You should choose lower-fat alternatives where you can, for example semi-skimmed milk and lower fat cheeses.
For dairy alternatives try soya, oat, or almond milks.
